I was not open to being coached. I did not have a singular focus or commitment to any one company. My frame of mind was all wrong. Even though it’s embarrassing to admit, it’s the honest truth.

Thankfully, I was able to determine what approaches are successful (for me and a few others). Because of this, I’ve compiled this extensive list of MLM Wisdom for you. These are the 12 life lessons I’ve picked up over the years that have helped me eventually make a significant advancement in my career.

You should also make an effort to learn as much as you can about your industry, since this will allow you to hone your existing abilities and acquire new ones.

In addition, if you are able to acquire knowledge of marketing and lead creation, your life will become significantly simpler. You should strive for some form of automatic lead creation system that will allow you to produce leads even while you are sleeping. This will ensure that your pipeline is always full, ensuring that you never find yourself without someone to talk to.

If you want to accomplish this to generate a significant amount of money, you need to build connections with at least 20 to 30 new prospects every single day. If you have a strategy, you can accomplish that goal in fewer than two hours per day. Where exactly do you locate these individuals? You will educate yourself in marketing and lead creation so that you will always have a steady stream of potential contacts.

Finally, if you do all you do with a personal touch, you will succeed even more than you already have. Develop your ability to get along with others. Exhibit a sincere interest in the people around you. Become more personable. And don’t stop having conversations with potential new clients! However… while you are doing so, continue to calculate the results.

#2: To generate a six-figure revenue, you need only a few strong leaders at the helm of your organization.

Even if they have sponsored hundreds of people directly, the majority of the highest earners make the most of their revenue from just two or three people on their team. That is a verifiable fact.

How many individuals will you have to sponsor before you identify your two to three most serious prospects? Everyone has a number that is unique to them. Your number could be as high as 500 personally enrolled representatives, but it could also be 20 or 50. I’m sorry, but I don’t have your number. No one does. #3: Collaborate with those who are willing.

In this line of work, you cannot be responsible for the success of anyone else. I made an effort to carry it out. It was a narrow escape for me. You have no choice but to collaborate with people who are teachable, hungry, and willing to put in the effort. The most that can be said about this is that it constitutes five percent of your squad at most.

How are you able to identify these individuals? They are present at each and every event. They participate in each conference call and webinar. They ask you questions over the phone. They are consistently engaged in merchandising and recruiting throughout the month. And then they go out and put what they’ve learned into practice! What a radical idea!

You should never put in more effort for a member of the team than they are willing to put in for themselves. Switch to working with a different member of the team if you find that despite your consistent investment of time, money, and effort into particular members of the team, they continue to dilly-dally or stall. Your time has a monetary value. Put more of your time and energy into things that deserve it rather than things that require it.

Also, keep in mind that it is preferable to run with one than pull 20!

#4: The most important part of any business is the follow-up.

The key to success is in the subsequent actions. You are aware of that already. BEFORE the typical individual will make a purchase decision, it is necessary to follow up with them anywhere from seven to twenty times. It is essential to understand that each potential customer is a prospect for life.

More significantly, you need some kind of follow-up system so that you can continue communicating with every prospective customer until they either make a purchase, cancel their subscription, or pass away. It is ESSENTIAL that you maintain a database or names list of EVERYONE you ever speak to about the products or business, and that you are aware of the state that they are currently in regarding the follow-up process.

#7: LONG… TERM… FOCUS. Stop being an MLM Junkie and start acting like an entrepreneur.

My mentality is what prevented me from achieving success in this field for more than 15 years. Avoid having that occur to you at all costs! Put as much effort into your own growth as you do into the development of your children. Your company will only expand to the degree that you do as well.
